"These are my daily inspirations as I look out of my studio window. I am a painter by profession. I carry my canvases and oil paints out into all types of weather in search of a scene I can capture. My personal quest is to portray the beauty of the outdoors in my works and share these scenes with others. God has truly blessed me with a job I love. My success is through His handiwork. He provides me with an amazing outdoor world to paint and enjoy. I give Him all the credit." Jack Paluh
In honor of the North American Wildlife Enforcement Officers 2010 conference, nature artist, Jack Paluh is offering limited edition prints. All artwork will be watermarked with the conference logo, signed and numbered as a North American Wildlife Enforcement Officers 2010 Limited Edition print.
Jack Paluh is an avid outdoors man and portrays his passion for nature in each painting. His artwork combines the peaceful and breathtaking beauty of nature with the reminates of fascinating Native American history. A lot of the work Paluh puts into his art is done prior to painting. Paluh does extensive research to ensure that he is able to transform his inspirations into a historically accurate painting. His work is well known for its accurate Native American themes as well as his remarkable ability to tell a story through an image. In each of his paintings, he hides story details in the background such as a discarded flint arrowhead in the grass, a faded footprint in the snow, a lost turkey call near the base of a tree, or a knife dropped in the brush. He works hard to ensure that the viewer experiences his paintings in a way that makes them feel as though they had just visited that time and place. Welcome one of these warm stories into your home.

A Good Omen
"The native Algonquians believed that moose were Good Omens. 'If you dreamed of moose often," they said, "you will live a long life.' Juva's Treasure
"Folklore has it that several hundred years ago, a company of Frenchmen were traveling from Fort LeBoeuf along French Creek. They were advised by scouts of a possible attack by the English. The French buried their supplies, medicine and a chest of gold coins prior to the confrontation in hopes of returning later to retrieve it. While traveling overland on their return journey, the company was attacked by a wondering band of Iroquois Indians and wiped out. As the lore continues, the chest was never found...
...Today, along the same area of French Creek currently marked by Juva Road, a new treasure has appeared. A priceless pair of bald eagles has nested successfully and their offspring now soar the area as Juva's new Treasure."
